Our Story

Tox Brewing Company was founded by lifelong friends Dayne and Mike, who share an obsession with craft beer and a love for experimentation. The name 'Tox' came from a background in toxicology and a fascination with poisons, antidotes, and the healing power of plants. For us, Tox Brewing is more than beer—it’s a blend of craft, science, and nature. Located in New London, CT, we’re hands-on, brewer-owned, and constantly inspired to push boundaries. 

Delicately crafted. Dangerously drinkable.

Each pint of Tox is as good as the one before it. If a batch doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't meet your glass.
